Yuhan cooks: Awesome Ramen

Hello! Apparently I also cook in desperate times please! HAHA.

welcome to Chef Yuhan Ramsay's cooking shit! ( erm, just to sound like a pro wtf)

And now I'm going to share with you my secret recipe( which was introduced to me by my friend) on how to make an awesome...............................................Instant ramen wtf.

I mean come on! It might be instant but iz delicious as fuck! Usually right, when you eat the ramen/noodles just itself without adding anything you'll be hungry again in like 15 minutes or something. BUT with adding some ingredients found in your kitchen you can make a totally awesome gourmet ramen that can satisfy your mother hungry stomachs! It's cheap and very easy to cook!

( Pardon the instagram pics. When you're too lazy to photoshop and stuff, instagram is the answer! )

First, ingredients::

SHIN RAMYUN!! (Or you can use other ramens if you like. You can look for other ramens but make sure it's also in spicy mushroom flavor or Japanese curry flavor. But I actually prefer this cox it's cheap and taste sooo good.)

An egg(self-explanatory lor)

Bok choy/Chinese cabbage/Pechay 

Fried Korean dumplings

Processed cheese. I bet you guys are like, DAFUQQQ?! DISGUSTING! WHY WOULD YOU PUT CHEESE ON A RAMEN? EWWW! GO KILL YOURSELF YUHAN! That's also actually my reaction when I first saw that in the menu of some ramen restaurant. But it taste fucking awesome mah! :D

OPTIONAL: Seaweed strips ( This depends on yer personal preference though. )

Lezz proceed to the cooking process shall we?

First boil 2-3 cups of water!

When it's boiling oredi, add the noodles and all the soup packages

Set the unnecessarily large timer on 4 minutes (HOT ISYU AW!)

At the 2 minute mark, add the Korean dumplings cox apparently it just came from the refrigerator wtf

Beat the eggs!!

And at the last minute, add the egg! You duwant to overcook your precious egg don't you?

Vegetables go in at the last 30 seconds! Cox they need to be a little crispy and they're easy to cook leh.

Turn off the heat. Voila! It's almost finished! But wait, there's more!

Add the fucking cheese and swirl so that it will melt quickly and mix with the soup!

Sprinkle with some seaweed strips!

And now I present to you....

CHEF YUHAN RAMSAY'S AWESOME RAMEN(instant)

Now the taste test:

REALLY REALLY YUMMY! I love how the egg mellows the exaggerated spicyness of the Korean ramen + the soup becomes creamy cox of the cheese! I LOVE IT! I rate it 11.75 out of 10. LOLOL

Gonna share to you some of the pics from school. Yeah, I don't usually bring my cameras to school but cox of this one subject where we need to bring camera, I did.

You see lah, I have a very irregular life in my school cox I'm an irregular transferee student wtf. Like every subject is completely different classmates so at the end of the day I'm always socially tired ( LOL Is there even such thing as "socialy tired? ) FML.


So after that went to the practice for my other subject(also with different classmates) and whipped out my camera and guess what happened? Ok no need to guess leh.

Arki week 2012

Just to let you know, I’m battling bad sore throat while I’m typing out my Arki week post.


Someone should just come out with a miracle sore throat pills, so I could pop a few and it will magically be cured ( within a few minute). I have a very sensitive throat. 


The worst part is I love to eat sweets and oily foods which is SO NOT throat friendly. I hate sore throat because it would take forever to cure and when it worsens it will lead to fever and flu ( which is damn FUCKED UP ). 


Please fucking no fever! Go away! I have a lot of school stuffs to do lah! 




Anyway bullshit aside ( here’s the real deal baby ),


Went to UST for the nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnth time cox of Arki week( Eh. Don't judge me, I dun have classes that time so...thanks La Salle foundation week!) Seriously I really miss all the people there! And not only the people wan but the environment itself. Not to mention, I also miss all the prof that I had classes with <-Except of course #preggymathteacher




But just before entering UST, this sow-discord/delusional/manipulative/public toilet licking guard at the gate, who's also the one who chased me at Paskuhan, didn't allow me to go inside again coz I have no freaking ID! So I called one of my friends to fetch me outside and the bitchy guard still didn't let me in! 


Me: But I'm an arki student! And I forgot my ID ( very desperate FML )


Guard: Alright, keep quiet you ( points at le friend ), What is the full name of le dean?


Me: *chins up* JOHN JOSEPH FERNANDEZ *flicks hair wtf*


And he finally allows me to go inside! Sucker! Good thing the dean's one of my friends in Facebook haha.


I fucking hate bitchy and inconsiderate school gate guards lahh! Even in my school now! These bitches are everywhere!(more on that later) 

So yeah finally I'm inside. I'm surprised that the float parade seems to be less anticipated today? Cox last year, the float was everywhere and the presentation was infront of the main building with lots of people around UST watching. But this time it seems that they only want to be for the arki students only.

Second one was "Drag me to hell" which is freaking hilarious( and I must admit quite scary at the same time )
This one is the poor girl who's been cursed by the creepy old lady and since then so much weirdness and disgusting moments happened to her LOLOL Go watch it yourself I'm not gonna spoil it :P
